Here's an idea: what if we were all sending our top 12, and if someone fails to vote, our votes are adjusted accordingly, so that we don't get the feeling our points go to waste?

Could just do what @strajker used to do and send a full ranking with scores and opinions on each song

I've always thought of sending a full ranking as I do it anyway, but rules would need to be official and I'm pretty sure there will be some that don't like being told how they must rank every song
