Since we're on the topic, isn't the Rumian entry a cover of Hijo De La Luna (Astoria 10)?

According to its own description it deliberately "takes inspiration from hits such as Hijo de la Luna and Dernière danse".

A fuzzy case, but I think it's closer to a "style tribute" than an actual cover, and should pass the rule check IMO.

voted in both semis a few hours ago, and I think this is the most evenly matched set of semis I've seen in this competition. Both semis have 4 songs that are awesome, both semis have 4 other songs that are good, and then there are 8 and 9 songs that I also like. Incredible.
