As everyone here knows thanks to their dutiful studies during these two weeks, the NSC Elements are a happy sort.

On a periodical manner, each nation element emits something that produces joy all around, a Voton. Votons are pretty great because they don't only have random kawaii japanese faces, but because they carry with themselves something everyone likes: 58 pointons! Based on the NSC element that emitted these votons, they will bond with other different elements and share their pointons with them.

After every pointon has been shared, a NSC element will find itself with the most pointons out of all elements. Let's discover which NSC element will feel the most like a winner after receiving the most pointons.
