Nowadays people should get punished for not voting for mediocre entries?
To be honest. I think Loop and the 2023 entry would've done better had Poland/Sweden sent them, etc. Still, they were mediocre entries no matter what, and I would not call them robbed by any means.
This automatically means getting rid of MESC.If Malta want to qualify again, they need to step up their game.
If it's out before September, it's out.Could this be Matt Blxck's song for MESC 2025? I know it's very early, but he rarely publishes music outside of MESC. I don't know if the song would be eligible for MESC though, since it was released a few months ago at this point. Maybe they'd let it slide, since it has very few views anyway.
Let's be honest, neither Erba or Aidan would come near the top 10 anyway. MESC (and other iterations of Mala's preselections) have always been a mess full of mediocre songs. Being the best of a bunch of bad songs is one thing, but comparing Sirena or any of Aidan's entries to actual eurovision performances... yeah, they wouldn't stand a chance. I also don't understand where the idea of calling for Malta to withdraw came from, but I certainly do think they need to change their formula if they want to actually at least qualify to the final in may.Just send Erba with a song similar to Sirena or something, or bring Aidan

Sure but 17th or 18th place in the final sounds a lot better that last place in the semi which has been their result these past two years.Let's be honest, neither Erba or Aidan would come near the top 10 anyway.
