I know why this song and this trio was my favourite this year... Il Volo represented their country the best way possible (singing in Italian AND having a song referring to their country's music history – it's just beautiful). And the way they sang it, so perfectly and emotionally... I'm head over heels in love with these boys.
ALSO THAT AWESOME BACKGROUND, the epic clouds and that red fire-like thingy during the bridge and the statues and... aargh, why didn't they win again?!
