I nominate the NSC Roster countries and the Waiting List countries to do the IceBucketChallenge .

WHAT DO I NEED TO JOIN:

some WATER.
some FROZEN WATER (also known as ICE)
a BUCKET or something similar which can contain the mixture of the two above.
a VIDEO OF YOURSELF DOING THE CHALLENGE.

That's all you need. Anyone can join, I think the 32 countries limit won't be needed here, so no limit for the participants number.

You have 11 days to send your video.

The Deadline: 1st of September, 2014; 23:59 CEST.

Voting Deadline: 8th of September, 2014; 22:44 CEST.​
