Its a very one sided article I know...

I believe that the contest is now too big, its too over-produced, it is no longer the even that I loved and looked forward to.

Too many changes and its now just a big Melodifestivalen

I dont like the changed that have been made in the last 12 years and I am beginning to get annoyed more than excited about the contest. I just wondered what you thought

Eurovision has changed and that's good.

Although some changes can be discussed most of them have helped Eurovision to be up to date.

Remember Eurovision in 2001, 2002? That was really outdated with songs, performances and basically everything.

Now, Eurovision is much bigger, but the point is the same - to unite people for at least few hours and to let people enjoy all various performances.

The standard is generally higher and we can finally hear some songs that can be heard everywhere.

Also, it's ok when Eurovision creates and opens some tough topics. These things help Eurovision to engage in various fields.

One of the best things that happen to Eurovision are Lordi and Conchita. None of these were my favourite and I was quite annoyed by all drama around Conchita.

But these two performances have created more diversity (in musical and any other sense) and more openness and I can say after 2006 (even after 2004) Eurovision has reached much better position.

I think this voting change will actually make the voting less exciting because we won't actually get to see all of it! But overall I enjoy Eurovision for the songs, and that will still be the same. I know I will spend alot of time analysing the split votes too, so I will get to enjoy the voting, just not on the night itself. I think Eurovision was actually more fun when it was smaller, particularly with the interval acts in the last few years when the interval can be almost an hour long itself, and the long introductions with all the countries walking out are a bit long as well, so perhaps those could have been cut rather than the voting.

Up until 2015: yes. I will wait to see 2016 before I judge it.

I like a big contest, I'm very glad that it expanded to Eastern Europe and is now expanding to the world. I've liked the voting changes made so far, although I'm worried that this year's change may be a reform too far.

In the old days Eurovision had quite a stuffy appearance, in my eyes anyway. I'm glad that it has changed to focus more on entertainment and fun.

I agree with this. I will wait until I see this year's contest before I judge it. We're not even sure yet if the televoting reveal changes that were announced today are even official

I think Eurovision is great nowadays. More countries, more songs, more to enjoy (I have low standards  ). I think I'll like the separated jury/televoting.
