Come on, :ge:! Get your song out tomorrow and give us nerds (well, this nerd) the satisfaction of seeing :fr: be the first country to release a song for 2024 but the last one for 2025!

(They're going to spoil it, aren't they? And it'll be almost as annoying as :sm: not being 11th in the running order last year!)

I was one of the few people who enjoyed Circus Mircus in 2022 and wanted them to qualify.
Also liked Iru in 2023.
Hoping for a good entry
Fucking LOVE Circus Mircus and everything Nika Kocharov touches. That was one of the five songs in my and @RainyWoods hilariously equivalent top 5 from 2022.

Ok, this is not what i expected.
But it sounds like the type of experimental songs georgia sent a lot of time and got eliminated each time since 2012... (except 2016 actually)

It's more in line what people in Georgia really seem to listen to, tbh (at least, I was confronted with these songs when I stayed in Georgia for a month).

It's a lovely surprise, imo. Nothing to write home upon and maybe dead upon arrival but I wouldn't mind to see it qualify.
I can't say much about the (sub)text/lyrics in Georgian... but it seems that it's not as bad as a Belarus 2021 situation (thank Godney).

Also, the homophonic comment seemed to be fake... maybe we can give her a tiny chance?

I think it's interesting. Not really sure what it's chances are though. Happy to get another slower song too.

I'd guess Montenegro won't be too happy about this it feels like it's the most direct competition it's gotten so far.

Dunno... I'll be voting for Montenegro which is a "classy/common Balkan ballad".

Georgia night be a slower song as well but it's not really an ordinary ballad (and also party in English and without a powerful hook/memorable climax, imo). I don't think potential fans of Montenegro would switch sides now. At least, I won't xD

Wow this is really good.
Sounds like the jesc winners from Georgia.
Would have been elevated to much higher places with a revamp but that’s out of possibility right now.
I would have liked to see more of the georgian ethnic elements.

Mariam didn't support the government's actions against the EU. On the other hand she openly supported governmental party Georgian Dream (anti-LGBT laws, physical violence against opponents, anti-Ukrainian and anti-Western bs) on the recent elections in October. She performed on their concerts:

The song is a very boring & conservative ballad xsleep The dancers are from the dance troupe that supported the same party.
The selection looks very suspicious, allegedly they've selected her a few months ago before even telling other competitors now, she had at least 3 songs to choose from.
