I'll explain the hints that I had given.

It is Iku-Turso sea monster in the Finnish mythology, also a god of war.
He is also known as Tursas or Turisas. After him the band was named.

In this picture it's Constantinople (nowadays Istanbul).
Miklagard is the name which was used by vikings for this city.
