After some thoughts, I am not that sure about Justyna. Poland has any allies except Ukraine voting in the semi.

Well, many Poles live in and there are sizable communities in and as well.

Doesn´t have to mean anything though, the Polish diaspora isn´t the most reliable.

It's tiring to see "Eastern" European countries getting the "death" slots again.

Artificially deciding a running order is biased regardless of how you look at it. Whether it's killing some eastern european country or putting Finland as a closer twice in the last three years.
That's why they need to go back to randomness.

Unfortunately, he is... Since Björkman flopped with that AmericanVision thingy, he's back - favoring his Nordic allys and trying to make Poland, Balkan countries and ballads flop.
Seriously, he's the worst non-political thing that could have happened to Eurovision - since the running order has a huge impact on the outcome.

Seriously, it's not even funny anymore at this point. Broadcasters should finally look more into this and file official complaints. - Apart from very odd choices (like putting Mimicat #2 in the GF), we only got 2 other Western European countries performing #2 ("the death slot") in the GF 2015 and 2018 and both were "dead upon arrival" and ballads.

The running order decided by producers is heavily influenced by internalised bias (thinking that Eastern European countries entries are inferior) - also, Björkman is openly trying to kill ballads (he keeps on mentioning them in all interviews when he's been asked about the running order - and trying to defend his decisions. It's like he's obsessed).

Just look at the "naked" numbers (and I was even nice here and put into the "Western European" group). The number of Eastern European countries performing at #2 is twice as big!

Big 5 countries usually never perform at #2 (unless it's a chanceless ballad), apart from 2018 (another old-fashioned, chanceless ballad which finsihed last in the semi), no other Nordic country had to peform at #2 whilst had to perform from that spot THREE TIMES each already.

The running order is overrated, and the fandom needs to cool down a bit about it. However, it is unfortunate to see an imbalance. A ballad that are good enough in the eyes of Mr. and Mrs. Europe will go though no matter if the song is performing as #2 or #17
