Make your predictions about qualifiers, possible top10, top5, winner, favorites of jury, televoting etc.

:lv: Latvia will continue with the tradition and end in the bottom three of their semi for the fifth consecutive year.
:sm: San Marino will qualify and beat their big brother Italy in the final.
:se::dk: Scandinavian fanwanks will fail to impress the general Eurovision audience and the jury.

There won't be a landslide victory this year. It will be a tight race between several countries but it's difficult to predict who they will be.

it's pretty hard to predict something this year!
I agree that there won't be a landslide victory this year the margin between the top 3 will be small and that means an exciting voting xyaaay
I guess it's going to be a great year for scandinavia without knowing the running order I predict at least 2 of them in Top 10, maybe 3.
:sm: will qualify for the first time but will flop in the final imho.
:nl: first qualification for ages :D
:de: will open the final and the winning chances are gone ... I have that bad feeling :p

Scandinavian squad (except Finland) will finish inside the top 10. Yet, :dk: won't win.
:sm: will make the finals and everyone faps to it.
It will be close race for the win, just like in 2011.
:de: won't finish inside the top 10.

To be honest I son't think there's any chance for :de: to win...I just don't see the jury giving this enough support for it to win. I think it could do top 5 though.

With so many ballads, I don't think a ballad will win. The field is open for - Ireland. Maybe Sweden. (A half ballad).

Germany wins the televote, but a mediocre jury score means that Cascada doesn't win. Germany will get the best result of the prequalified entries.
Denmark won't do as well as we think (around 8th-10th).
Ukraine will be at or near the top.
Sweden will do fairly well (just inside the top 10)
UK will do better than last year, but will still only hover around 20th place.
Spain will be near the bottom of the board, and get last place in the prequalified entries.

Most importantly, it will be fairly competitive near the top making for more exciting voting, like in 2011 :)

Well, we are born to be brave, correct? So what about this one?

:sm: to win. I think they have proper chances in a tight race, like Smudy mentioned on the first page. I believe Valentina may gain a lot of sympathy for making an earnest attempt this time, which if she conquers will be remembered as the "Night-And-Day"-syndrome, or what about "The Comeback Effect". Maybe there is already some locution for it? Besides, San Marino is a small, barely existing nation (haha, sorry my fellow sammarinesians), and I suspect people may feel sympathy for that too, just that people, en massé, haven't before had any musical incentives whatsoever (or have they?) to vote for SM. Give me a stylistically pure stage and I may actually bet Valentina will get lethal.

Not the bravest after all, but 100 SEK at 85/1 may not be completely wasted... xacademic

I think that :sm: really can be high. Remember last year :al: (also small country) was in top5 even with the most awful song because of jury

I don't see San Marino getting a mass vote from the televoting, and remember with the new voting system even if a song gets #1 with jury, if it gets #26 with public it wont have any chance to win!
