Why are you so one-sided? Every Armenian juror put :az: last too.

They should be punished. There is no way this was objective and independent voting from the Azeri jury, everyone can see that and no one can justify this.

The jury votes for some countries are a disgrace. They should abolish the juries and televotes and come up with a new system. The current one is failing.

The Estonian jury put Russia pretty much last (aside for the old singer who had a career in the Soviet Union) and Ukraine 4th

Look at the full table. The 5 Azeri jurors all had almost exactly the same ranking all the way from 1st to 25th. There is no way I can believe they each came up with their own ranking independently, there is literally not a single entry that has more than 4 places between the highest and lowest ranking.

But it was the same story with those countries which didn't award points to Austria - :at: won the Polish televote and came 2nd in Armenia, but the jurors sank it!

That's political voting!

I can't understand poiting of "Azerbaijan". Is there any difference from Armenia's side?
And really, are you suprised of it? :'D There should be inspections also about "obvious 12 points".
And I agree that, both countries should be punished.

Omg, Austria has just won, is it really matter? Better look how juries voted for Poland:

Albania – 22 jury
Armenia – 11 jury, 16 televoting
Austria – 24 jury, 3 televoting
Azerbaijan – 11 jury, 12 televoting
Belarus – 8 jury, 5 televoting
Denmark – 18 jury, 10 televoting
Estonia – 26 jury, 17 televoting
FYR Macedonia – 12 jury, 3 televoting
Finland – 24 jury, 11 televoting
France – 15 jury, 3 televoting
Georgia – 13 televoting
Germany – 4 jury, 3 televoting
Greece – 17 jury, 5 televoting
Hungary – 15 jury, 7 televoting
Iceland – 23 jury, 2 televoting
Ireland – 26 jury, 1 televoting
Israel – 18 jury, 12 televoting
Italy – 6 jury, 3 televoting
Latvia – 24 jury, 10 televoting
Lithuania – 24 jury, 4 televoting
Malta – 18 jury, 9 televoting
Moldova – 12 jury, 8 televoting
Montenegro – 7 jury, 11 televoting
Norway – 19 jury, 1 televoting
Portugal – 23 jury, 16 televoting
Romania – 23 jury, 21 televoting
Russia – 24 jury, 13 televoting
San Marino – 23 jury
Slovenia – 10 jury, 14 televoting
Spain – 15 jury, 6 televoting
Sweden – 17 jury, 3 televoting
Switzerland – 18 jury, 7 televoting
The Netherlands – 25 jury, 2 televoting
Ukraine – 8 jury, 1 televoting
United Kingdom – 25 jury, 1 televoting

167 pts from televoters. That would be around 5th place.

This is from Poland's topic.

To be honest, I think both countries should be kicked out of the contest until they decide not to be chums but at least civil to each other.

Funny how both Azerbaijan and San Marino gave 0 pts to Armenia in semifinal thus being the only ones to do so. xthink

I think the juries should be banned from Eurovision, because their influence in the result became to big. Most jurors are some puppies of their broadcaster and voted like they should do. Another example is :by:: Conchita was in Top 10 there, only by televotes, but the jury threw her out of the combined Top 10.
A few years ago I thought the juries changed a bit and make it more fair, but now I thought it isn't, just because I realised how some of the poor countries changed their selection procedure and send really good entries to the competition. The :ch: seemed to make it to the final in 2012 and 2013, also the :nl: in 2012 and :ua: failed in 2012 only be televotes. Although :ch: had more good entries in 2008, 2009 and 2011 and I was very sad about their results, this examples show that the results are not frozen for some countries. :ua:, :az: and :am: could fail to qualify with a bad song and :sm:, :ch: and :at: could qualify, or even win as we see this year, if there's a good song, or anything else.

That's equal to forever, you know? Anyway, I'd support that, but EBU is not able to do it currently. There is quite weak participation number afterall.

The juries of both countries should be able to look past troubles and just rank the songs without bias but that clearly hasn't happened. The absolute transparency this year is magnificent cause we really get to see how countries are playing. EBU must do something. If these two countries MUST stay then perhaps they should consider taking away their jury vote? They still wouldn't be exchanging any points between each other but that would be fine. It's just an insult and incredibly unpleasant to see each of the five jury members from both countries placing their "enemy" last. It's a SONG contest, not a war.
