I play Football Manager 2017 the handheld version for android. I find it very ridiculous but I enjoy the game. What buffles me about it , is that Real Betis in Spain is under Real Hispalis and a few other teams are under fake nanes due to licence restrictions .. Also No German national team, North Korean or Japan.. They use fake players unless you download a cheat..

Here is the "My Club " option I play. I have substituted Bareclona with Edvinola and this is the result

    Re: Football: domestic leagues

I'm sure everybody knows the standings in England. Chelsea looks like they're gonna win the league, and I think Tottenham will finish second. Then Liverpool is leading the race for third right now, but City is only 2 points behind, with one match to go, United is 4 points behind City, but with one additional match to go, and Arsenal is 3 points behind United, with the same amount of matches. So the race to get Champions League next season is very much alive.

But, and this is what I want to focus on right now, the Norwegian league kicked off about a week ago, and everyone has played 3 matches already. And I've put myself in a tricky situation, as I actually have 2 teams in the league now. I know, it's outrageous. But I've been a Vålerenga fan since 1997, and I can't give up on 20 years as a fan and supporter. But last season, Kristiansund was promoted to the top league, and Kristiansund is the first team to play in the top league from Nordmøre (the district of Norway where I come from) ever. It's history. So, I have 2 teams. And after 3 matches, these are their results:

    Kristiansund 0-1 Molde
    Vålerenga 1-0 Viking

    Odd 2-0 Kristiansund
    Haugesund 4-3 Vålerenga

    Vålerenga 1-2 Sandefjord
    Kristiansund 1-0 Brann

Vålerenga has not had the start I was hoping for. New head coach (Ronny Deila), and getting their own stadium later this season, this is supposed to be a season of great optimism. Conceding 4 against Haugesund, and losing at home against newly promoted Sandefjord is simply not good enough. But it's still early, and the ambitions for this season is a medal, and the other teams predicted to fight up there have also lost points already. Rosenborg (massive favorite) and Sarpsborg 08 are the only teams with 9 points.
    Currently 9th.
Next matches: Molde (a), Sogndal (h), Odd (a)

Kristiansund has had a very tough start of the season. Molde, Odd and Brann all finished in the top 5 last season. But Kristiansund played pretty well against Molde, despite losing (I was there actually), while Odd was a better team, but the difference was smaller than I feared. The first half against Brann wasn't that good, but then... Sverre Økland scored Kristiansund's first top league goal ever, and they managed to keep the lead, and win the match. And I am so happy! The ambition for Kristiansund is to not be relegated, and so far, they're where they're supposed to be.
    Currently 12th.
    Next matches: Sandefjord (a), Sarpsborg 08 (a), Strømsgodset (h)
