    Bundesliga matchday 5

    FSV Mainz 05 - 1899 Hoffenheim 3:1

VfL Wolfsburg – Hertha BSC 2:0
Hamburger SV - Eintracht Frankfurt 0:0
Werder Bremen - FC Ingolstadt 0:1
    1. FC Köln - Borussia Mönchengladbach 1:0
SV Darmstadt 98 – FC Bayern München 0:3

VfB Stuttgart – FC Schalke 0:1

Borussia Dortmund - Bayer Leverkusen 3:0
    FC Augsburg - Hannover 96 2:0

Werder Bremen never lost when I was in stadium.. until yesterday
Our best midfield player was missing and without him we can't play football, we just can make unprecise and desperate long shots and hoping that there is one of our strikers who can receive the ball.
Ingolstadt play very unfair... diving, acting, running out the clock.. dont even wanna reproach them cause if you don't have quality you have to find ways to be successful. Just a pity that referees use to fall for it.
After all, we acted very stupid. Causing the deicding penalty in the extra time, which was absolutely unnecessary.. and after that one of our players couldn't hide his frustrations, made a rude foul and got the red card.
We need to improve on tuesday against Darmstadt. As I heard they play as cunning as Ingolstadt do

However, tonight the Mönchengladbach coach Lucien Favre retired ... now, it's the big question who will be the new coach (Klopp is still free, but he will prefer the Premier League or even a national team afaik). In general, changing the coach mostly has a positive effect to the performance of the team. So I expect them to get at least a draw in the next match.

I'm so happy we won against them...Usually it's like this in these derby matches: Our players forgot how to play football and concede at least 3 goals

But for now Gladbach cannot play anything and according to the media it was a weak game, our best striker decided then. Don't know what happens when they have to face Dortmund or Bayern. There is only one team in over 50 years history of Bundesliga that lost the first six matches. Their coach Lucien Favre resigned today.

With the difference that most times the coaches got dismissed by the chairmen. This time they tried everything to keep him.

Btw I guess Cologne is the spot for last appearances in this season. First Kevin De Bruyne, now Lucien Favre, who's next?

    Re: Football: domestic leagues

After we scored 4 (Stuttgart) and 6 (Cologne) goals in the recent two matches scoring zero goals in Hamburg this weekend was quite disappointing from our Offense (Alex Meier, Luc Castaignos, Haris Seferovic). Luckily also Hamburg didn´t score so we got at least one point.
But nevertheless we can be satisfied with the season so far.
