Oliver Wimmer would be very cool! Could do very well in ESC if they choose him and gives him a great song!

    Winner-Single - "Blown Away": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vAxNyTMrI8U

    Luttenberger*Klug
Austrian girl-band. They sing in german.
Their hitsingle (just in austria ) - "Vergiss Mich" (Forget me): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HCLnDMoqoYI

    Bambie (Nina Bruckner)
Rose to "fame" as Lugner's girlfriend. Well, now that society know her all doors opened for her, and she even released her first single. (Although she can't really sing.)
Her debut single - "Princess Of Love": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tGz5bVMsqEE

    Alkbottle
A hard-rock band, that is know for the songs that are mainly about alcohol and being drunk. They want to collaborate with DJ Ötzi.
No comment - "Geh' Scheiss'n" (viennese slang for "Piss Off!"): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hgO2Zarsva8

    DJ Ötzi
I don't think I have to explain something about him. We all should know him.
His hitsingle - "Hey, Baby": http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aNsmiqmaEWo
It seems like Eurovision really got popular again in Austria. ^^
Another two artists admitted they'd like to participate:

    Katrin Lampe
An austrian moderator and actress. She also sings sometimes.
She wants to participate "in a Dirndl, and a flower in my hair, without shoes".

Her song for the austrian pink ribbon campaign - "Was Immer Auch Kommt" ("Whatever happens"): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MjnKWGEJc6M

My dear Austrian neighbours, if you decide to come back you can send EVERYTHING but not this horrible Menowin guy

    This is my thought too.
But if he really wants to participate, and Lugner pushes him, there's a high possibilty
    that he could be chosen.

Though I'm hoping for a selection-show or something.
We don't have to send someone prominent IMO.
Austria has a LOT of good singers that are just unknown. =P

I'd be for the industrial-gothic group L'Âme Immortelle, (though they aren't really that undergroundy )
but that would never ever happen.
They mainly sing about lost love etc.
They have beautiful and gentle songs
    (f.E. "Fallen Angel" - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wWKsA9BvaO4 )
and upbeat songs as well (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3hOm4nwCjh8 )

And they could sing either in german, or in english.
    They are very talented.
    Especially singer Sonja Kraushofer. <3

    Re: ÖSTERREICH - Austria 2011

There is a big chance that Austria will return to the contest in 2011 so there is no surprise that more and more rumors about the selection process and possible candidates would show up in the papers.

Menowin Fröhlich who took part in the german version of Pop Idol voiced his interested representing Austria next year as he has close ties to the country.

There is also a rumor that Austria will have a selection process similar to "Unser star fuer oslo" which was the format used in Germany this year and based on the results we can agree with was quite efficient.

    Does she?!

Well, even if, she has strong agoraphobia.
She can't even sit in a plane for more than five minutes.
How should she perform in front of a big audience?

    I hope Austria returns

And yeah, hopefully Alf Poier won't be interested to do it again

    What about Christina Strumer?
