The chance of Andorra returning to ESC appears to hinge on whether they can get government funding or not. At least, RTVA have always stated this as the main reason behind their non-participation.

The Andorran government claims that they want to return to the contest. Some websites have chosen to assume that this means they will return. They won't. RTVA has the final decision and who knows what they'll do.

I seriously don't believe that the chances of having Andorra back are very high... I mean, they didn't take part when Portugal hosted the contest and I can't see them coming back in future editions when the contest will be held in Kraków, Sofia or Nursultan.

It makes lowkey sense tho. Allows for Catalonia to participatewithout much controversy and Andorra gets some dree tourism out of it.
