Margi Clarke wanted to represent the UK in 2011 with this:

I hope for Lauren Harries this year. The rumours weren't as prevalent for her this year, which was a shame, but she's back in the studio and has recently widened her repertoire to include rap.

Obviously things were kept quiet this year in order to prepare her for next year. I suspect we will be getting some very exciting news soon about it.

Another national selection programme, hopefully 10 entries to choose from, BBC1 prime time. Maybe more hype with better radio play before the choice, Radio 1 up-and-coming involvement would be awesome... promising new acts without a record deal yet. We're setting the tone again... keep it focused and serious
