Song 10: Saga Ludvigsson - "Hate You So Much"
A country song, which is sung in a bouncy manner. The song is memorable and catchy throughout, and has a good beat. I like the way tonight’s performance video had neon style images, and a cactus, in the background. The dancers enhanced the performance. Was it really necessary to spin the chairs though? Two quick bursts of fireworks appeared near the end. Altogether quite a catchy song, but I question how well (or badly) this would do at Eurovision.

Song 11: Annika Wickihalder - "Life Again"
I’m not sure what this style of song is, but anyway some lines on the first pre-chorus and the line “The drums of the thunder are leading my way” are a bit over-powering. I like the way in which the chorus is sung in a bouncy manner though. I also like the instrumental fillers after instances of the chorus. In terms of the staging, I’m mystified as to the significance of what looks like nets / sheets hanging overhead, but the dry ice effects look good. Dancers appeared mid way through, and added to the atmosphere of the song.

I hate most of the 'joke/humouress/whatever' entries this year and in previous years because the humour is so forced and bordering on irritating. Here it's so effortless and more authentic. Such a fun song

If Revolution is dated (which it is) then KAJ’s entry is even more dated.

First time I’ve heard it after all the hype and it severely underwhelms. It’s like early 2000s Eurovision called - and I rather thought we’d moved on from those times…

Not for me at all. Probably in a minority there.
