#2 aka blue butterflies was my overall favourite. not sure about its chances at Eurovision but if they got good running order and not too many similar songs to compete against, they could bring an acceptable result

I liked the songin studio version but it didn't really look great on stage and the vocals were a bit off at the beginning. They sounded fine in the chorus, though.

I honestly think that Luxembourg is on the verge of NQ in a "last place in the semi kind of style" this year.

In this festival of bad and mediocre songs and performance the last one was by far the worst. I think #7 should stay on 7th place.

My fav before was different but after all I have seen today I would pick... Rhythmic Soulwave.

And I know I personally don't like such songs as Laura's but yeah, they should probably choose her - it's childish and stoopid-ish, but it works as whole package.

Honestly, Luzac got the best staging.
We all know that the EBU allows artists to use as many voices on a backing track as they desire.
You can basically almost lip-sync like Poland 2023 or Austria 2024.

Send Luzac, keep the staging, ask half of Luxembourg to record files for the backing track and pray for a miracle that the staging/the visuals will do the trick.

Mäna, Rafa Ela, "Stronger" would definitely NQ, "Ride" didn't sound/look good on stage, Laura could work if all the hardcore ESC fans vote for it (but still it's a huge question mark.... we even let Kate Ryan and many other divas flop)....

Nothing's changed my mind. Laura's my favourite, though I'd prefer it if they changed the staging.

I didn't listen to any of the songs before tonight, but apparently I agree with the bookmakers:

Laura Thorn is my clear favorite. Though it was obviously nothing like their 1965-winner, I still sort of liked the comparison.

Rafa Ela wasn't bad as such, but it got very much of a Maltese "Loop" feeling; sort of decent, but instantly forgotten

I really didn't like any of the other entries

Despite the general meh signing that went on tonight, I'd still be OK with Thorn (with another staging/costume design), Rhytmic Soulwave (my favourite now), and Luzac.
But I'm kind of afraid that Rafa Ela will seem 'good' in the eyes of people voting - and I really don't want that song to win.

It's crazy to think that Moldova got that song and withdrew in the end because of the lack of "song quality" and "artistic quality" and Luxembourg asks us to hand them over our credit card digits to vote for mediocre to utterly horrendous songs?!

Laura Thorn would be my choice from this nf, I find it fun, silly and campy, but it isn't very current... Not sure if it would work at Eurovision, but it kinda is the only one with enought quality to be at eurovision...

To be honest ... I don't really care who wins because no song convinced me. Thorn is too childish (in my eyes anyway), so probably I would go with Luzac, but his performance wasn't convincing either. he would need to work a lot on it.

I fully agree with you - and as I wrote before, I also believe that Luzac would be the best option - at least, he got a package to work on - even though he sounded bad and I don't even like the song - but it's not "dead upon arrival" at least.

I like "Ride" but I was hoping for some sort of Malta-2014-magic on stage but it looked and sounded like last place in a semi, unfortunately :(
