I might end up working that night. My initial idea was to celebrate New Year's in Toronto at the square, but I can see the first one to have more chances.

Actually New Year is my favorite holiday of the year. It just gives you that 'new start' vibe and I 'm all for that.
My partner will be in town and we'll be hanging out with friends, having drinks and just a good time.
It's always the most fun if you can spend it with people you care about.

10th December 2009, 00:15
I'll probably be in B&H during New Year, if I won't, I'll probably celebrate New Year in Zagreb. :D
I celebrate New Year at home rare, so I don't think I'll celebrate it at home ...

11th December 2009, 13:55
i'll be celebrating at my mates house in portsmouth, the Wine, Champagne, Vodka and Sambuca is already at the house all we need is new year to drink it 8-)

17th December 2009, 15:27
I'll be in my city, Zaragoza, for sure.

I'll have the dinner and the 12 grapes at home with my family. Then everybody will leave and I'll stay at home waiting for my friends. We'll drink a bit at home, but I don't know if we'll stay partying at home or we'll go to a club. I don't really want a big party right now :(

And of course, we'll have the first 2010 breakfast together. Hot chocolate with fritters. Yummy :P

17th December 2009, 15:44
At home. Though I wanna celebrate it anywhere but home =/
I wish it could be warmer, I'd go out somewhere probably.
Most of all I wanna celebrate it on alone.

17th December 2009, 15:57
At my house. It's my turn to throw a party. I'll have a small group of people (around 10) over...with a lot of alcohol I would assume. I have a pool and it's still quite warm in florida.....

17th December 2009, 17:11
oh lucky you Matt living in Florida
I actually might have piecefull new years eve this time (that's a first)
in my country house under a mountian with some close friends, and with lot of snow I assume. :)

17th December 2009, 20:07
It would be never real new year for me in hot weather if I ever get to experience it, so I don't envy you even a bit. ;)

Nikoreindeer1973 is clearly very passionate about discussing where we spent New Year 2010 - otherwise, he'd be randomly trolling, and we know that's not what he's doing! So I'll get us started. I celebrated it in ::berl - my uncle was in the foreign service and stationed there, so we all came to visit; it was lovely :D

My time machine is still in the works so I can't tell you the location I will celebrate in at this point. I will keep you informed.
