The final two rehearsals today for Day 3, Semi Final 2 are Denmark and Armenia.
Please take into consideration that all the information we gathered is from the Eurovision Live Blog, the images released by the EBU and the Tik Tok 30 second video clips, which is not fully reflective of what we actually see on stage from each country.
🇩🇰 It’s time for Saba and her song Sand for Denmark.
Saba is in all-white trouser outfit, with train on the side. She is giving it all vocally in her power ballad ‘Sand’ and its sounding great! Once again we have the pleasure of seeing another backing singer joining here, dressed in a similar outfit and moving with Saba in perfect synchronicity. Like in her national performance, there is a lot of white light, a lot of smoke and a visual effect is the background that looks like hale or more aptly falling sparkling sand. Simple, effective and oh so impactful!
@eurovision @SABA got to have her first run-through of SAND at Malmö Arena, and it was an epic display 🇩🇰 #Eurovision2024
🇦🇲 We are wacko for Jako. The final rehearsal for today is Ladaniva for Armenia!
Armenia is bringing the pop/folk fusion this year. Jako apparently is the little-girl version of singer Jaklin, who along with French instrumentalist Louis, make up Ladaniva. Sung in Armenian, Jako is about rejecting negative stereotypes, being free and being yourself.
The energy and folklore sass that was in the official video has been brought abounds to the Eurovision stage. From the costumes to the backing instrumentalists to the visuals. Very bright colours and ethnic designs feature around a prop of what looks like an island of small plinths. This is a total feast to the eyes. Jaklin is sounding amazing. Armenia is bringing the party and the fun with a very vibrant ethnic performance!
@eurovision Bags of energy and bursts of colour – @LADANIVA are leaving their mark in Malmö 🇦🇲 Eurovision2024
Stay tuned, as tomorrow will the bring rehearsals from Latvia, San Marino, Georgia, Belgium, Estonia, Norway and The Netherlands all making their debut on the Eurovision stage.
