Tonight the first semi-final of Eurovision 2023 has come to a conclusion after fifteen of the 37 acts took to the stage in Liverpool.

The following countries have been selected to move forward in the competition:

  1. Croatia
  2. Moldova
  3. Switzerland
  4. Finland
  5. Czechia
  6. Israel
  7. Portugal
  8. Sweden
  9. Serbia
  10. Norway

The qualifiers for the semi-final were decided using a televoting only process in contrast to the 50/50 jury and televoting structure utilized in recent years.

These ten countries will join the final ten qualifiers from semi-final two, which airs on Thursday May 11th at 21:00 CET.
