Eurovision has seen some huge Balkan stars. Among them are Dino Merlin and Karolina Gočeva, who both represented Bosnia & Herzegovina and FYR Macedonia twice.
Four years ago Dino held three concerts in a row in fully packed Belgrade Arena with more than 20.000 people every night. He is back now and Dino will have two concerts this time. The first one was sold out in just couple days. The concerts’re on 24th and 25th October.
On the other hand, just two weeks later, on 7th November, Karolina will continue promoting her project Macedonian Girl, that has started in 2008. The concert will be held in Kolarac hall in Belgrade. Two albums with songs based on traditional Macedonian music, entitled Macedonian Girl 1 & 2 were even published in Croatia. Karolina had many concerts in Macedonia, and in Bansko in Bulgaria. Her albums were also awarded as the best ethno album of the year.
Last but certainly not the least is Željko Joksimović, whose new album came out this summer but only on an application is now available as a CD. There are 11 new songs on it and you can own it as we are giving away one copy. You just have to answer one question correctly. How many Željko’s songs were performed on Eurovision stage?
