Even though we don’t even know yet where in Denmark the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 will take place, the National broadcaster DR already commented on the 2014 selection process. According to Rasmus Ladegofed they “want to win it again” and will do the best they can to achieve that goal. “”The last time Denmark hosted the Eurovision Song Contest, we came second with Rollo & King. If we can do a little better next year, I’ll be happy”. The Entertianment Editor continued saying that they are looking for pop songs with a strong chorus that are modern.

Once again, the National finale will be made up of nine or ten entries chosen by a open competition and by special invitation by DR.
