Since Albania’s first ever participation in the Eurovision Song Contest, they have used Festival i Kenges to select their representative, usually after teh winner is announced they will revamp the song and shorten it to the 3 minutes as dictated by EBU rules. On occasions they have changed the song completely, but the singer has always stayed the same.
Today, the 30 acts who will participate in the 54th edition of Festival i Kenges has been revealed. Among them are some familiar names:

Two participants have previously participated in Eurovision, in 2006 Luiz Ejlli represented Albania, and in 2013 Adrian Lulgjuraj took to the Malmö stage when he represented his nation.
The Semi finals will be held on the 25th and 27th of December 2015 and the final will be held on the 29th of December, where the winner will be announced.
In 2015 Elhaida Dani won FiK with the song “Diell” but the song was later changed and Elhaida performed “I’m Alive” in Vienna.
