🇸🇮 Slovenia – Raiven’s song Veronika released (21:00 CET)
In a surprise announcement last month, Slovenian broadcaster RTVSLO announced that they had cancelled their planned national final in favor of an internal selection. Also in that announcement they revealed that they had already selected a song and an artist – with Raiven winning the ticket to Malmo.
Eurovision fans will know that Raiven has been a long time participant in the Slovenian national final EMA, participating three times in 2016, 2017, and 2019. She was also awarded the honor of being the host of EMA back in 2018.
Raiven’s song is titled “Veronica” and is described as a symphony of sirens, and was named after Veronika of Desenice, and accused performer of witchcraft who was later drowned. But the wait to learn more about the entry and finally hear it is almost over, as RTVSLO is set to reveal the song at 21:00 CET.
We hope that #YOU have an exciting time watching these great national selections and song releases!
