This year’s OGAE Second Chance Contest will feature a total of 23 entries from the 24 national finals hosted during the 2023 season.
This year 22 OGAE clubs across Europe and their members voted on their favorite entries from their national selection shows, with the winner being selected to represent them in the Second Chance Contest. Since both San Marino and Moldova do not have an OGAE club, the Rest of the World OGAE club voted on entries from both selections, with Moldova’s SunStroke Project being selected as their representative.

The OGAE Second Chance Contest has occurred every year since 1987, and has been won by Sweden 18 times. Sweden will be hosting this year’s edition after winning the 2022 edition with MEDINA’s song “In i Dimman”.
