OGAE Poll 2023: Portugal gives 12 points to France 🇫🇷

OGAE Portugal is calling! It is the 24th OGAE club to vote in the OGAE Poll 2023, and the Portuguese club has decided to give the 12 points to La Zarra, who represents France with the song Evidemment.

Less than a month ago, the OGAE Poll 2023 began and as of today, 24 OGAE clubs awarded their points. Each of the them reveals its points from 1 to 12, Eurovision style, in order to ultimately determine the grand winner of the OGAE Poll 2023.

And today, we have the results from OGAE Portugal who decided to give its top score to La Zarra from France. It is the third time the country receives the 12 points, after OGAE Switzerland and OGAE Luxembourg.

United Kingdom 🇬🇧 – 2 points
Armenia 🇦🇲 – 1 point

75 people voted in the Portuguese OGAE club, and OGAE Portugal is the 24th national club to vote in this year’s poll.

After 24 countries voted, Loreen from Sweden is still in the lead with 243 points but Käärijä from Finland is really close at the 2nd place with 237 points, only 6 points behind. France maintains its 3rd spot in the ranking with 183 points and Norway is still 4th with 138 points.

A total of 2229 people voted so far, but the full results will be known around early May, right before the Eurovision Song Contest’s live shows start in Liverpool on May 9.

Last year, more than 3,500 people voted across 43 OGAE national clubs, and Sweden was the winner of the OGAE Poll 2022 with “Hold Me Closer” by Cornelia Jakobs. As of today, Sweden may be up for a second victory in a row, but Finland could grab the crown!
