If you want to be able to have a say in picking the Swiss representative for the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen, Denmark this is your opportunity. The broadcaster SRF announced that 159 entries have been submitted and are now ready for your votes.
Check out allentries at eurovisionplattform.sf.tv. From November 4th to 18th, you have the opportunity to vote for your favorites. All online votes will be added up after the deadline and will be combined with the votes of an expert jury using the standard 50/50 approach.
The Top 9 acts will move on to the next round and will perform in front of another expert jury who will pick three finalists. Those three finalists will be joined by two more candidates picked by the French boradcaster RTS as well as one more act chosen by RSI, the Italian-language broadcaster.
The Final will take place on February 1st, 2014 at the Bodensee Arena in Kreuzlingen.
Some familiar names are among the candidates including Daria Kinzer (Croatia 2011) and Anett Artani (Cyprus 2006).
