It was previously announced that the host nation, Bulgaria, will be represented by Gabriela Yordanova in this year’s Junior Eurovision Song Contest to be held in Sofia next month. Today it has been stated by BNT that the song that will be representing Bulgaria on the 21st of November will be released on Sunday.
The song entitled “Cvetat na nadejdata” (The Colour of Hope). “The message of the song is about hope, dreams and happiness – illustrating the ability of children to find the colours of life” as stated by BNT, the national broadcaster of Bulgaria. The song will be revealed on Sunday alongside this year’s organisers explaining the concept of this years contest and how JESC will work for the communities of Bulgaria.
Ivan Stoyanov who participated in the Bulgarian final will join Gabriela on stage during her performance of “Cvetat na nadejdata” hoping that his voice will help gain Bulgaria their first ever win in an Eurovision.
Bulgaria ended 2nd in the 2014 Junior Eurovision Song Contest when they were represented by Krisia, Hasan & Ibrahim with their song “Planet of the Children” but were offered the chance to host this year’s contest after Italy decided against hosting.
