SEMI 1
- Moldova
- Armenia
- Belgium
- Netherlands
- Finland
- Greece
- Estonia
- Macedonia
- Serbia
- Hungary
- Belarus
- Russia
- Denmark
- Albania
- Romania
- Georgia
Australia, Austria, France and Spain will vote in this semi-final.
SEMI 2
- Lithuania
- Ireland
- San Marino
- Montenegro
- Malta
- Norway
- Portugal
- Czech Republic
- Israel
- Latvia
- Azerbaijan
- Iceland
- Sweden
- Switzerland
- Cyprus
- Slovenia
- Poland
Australia, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom will vote in this semi-final.
Advert breaks are set to be completed after the 5th and 12th songs in each semi-final, subject to change.
It has also been confirmed that Austria will sing 14th in the grand final.
