TONIGHT: Slovenia decide for Eurovision

Good heavens, would you look at the time? Friday is upon us once again, heralding another hectic weekend of Eurovision shows as we inch ever closer to the main event in Kiev. Tonight, the weekend kicks off in style; Slovenia brings us the first of five selected entries over the coming days!

The ever popular EMA, perhaps now the last remaining big national final of the ex-Yugoslavian nations, will see its final stage tonight after last weekend’s two semi-final shows. Just eight acts remain in the competition and one will have the task of bringing Slovenia back to the final after missing out in 2016.

The eight acts are;

  1. Sell Out – Ni panike
  2. Nuška Drašček – Flower In The Snow
  3. Tim Kores – Open Fire
  4. Nika Zorjan – Fse
  5. KiNG FOO – Wild Ride
  6. Omar Naber – On My Way
  7. BQL – Heart of Gold
  8. Raiven – Zažarim

Jamala (Ukraine’s reigning champion), ManuElla (Slovenia’s participant in 2016) and Toni Cetinski (Croatia 1994, one of the most popular singers in Croatia) will all perform during the show.
