Earlier this week we opened our first ever poll that included Luxembourg, and 58 users weighed in on who they want to win their national selection tomorrow. The field for the Luxembourg Song Contest consists of eight hopefuls, each wanting to represent their country for the first time since 1993.
The results overall indicate that 34% of our readers (20 votes total) want Krick to win the ticket to Eurovision with her song “Drowning in the Rain“. The entry is a power ballad with equally powerful lyrics that appear to resonate with the Eurovision community.
Just behind Krick in second place is Tail with the song “Feather“, receiving 29% of votes cast. Third place goes to Naomi Ayé and “Paumée sur terre” who received 22% of votes.
We also received a three-way tie for last, with three songs only receiving one vote of support from our readers.
The full results are as follows:
- Krick – “Drowning in the Rain” – 34% (20 votes)
- Tali – “Fighter” – 29% (17 votes)
- Naomi Ayé – “Paumée Sur Terre” – 22% (13 votes)
