Don’t worry if your favourite’s name is missing: the other 14 acts (after Emis Killa‘s withdrawal) will perform on Night Three.
The top 5, based on the decisions of the televote and the radio jury, and in no particular order, are as follows:

- Fedez
- Achille Lauro
- Lucio Corsi
The night opened with the semi-finals of the Newcomers category, hosted by Alessandro Cattelan and containing two head-to-head battles.
First up, Alex Wyse‘s “Rockstar” faced off against Vale LP & Lil Jolie with “Dimmi tu quando sei pronto per fare l’amore”, with Alex Wyse winning this round.
Next, Maria Tomba‘s “Goodbye (Voglio good vibes)” went up against Settembre with “Vertebre”, and Settembre won this semi-final.
Tomorrow’s Sanremo show will close with the final of the Newcomers section.
Carlo Conti once again was the main host of tonight’s proceedings, with Bianca Balti, Cristiano Malgioglio and Nino Frassica co-hosting tonight. Conti will be joined by different co-hosts each night of the festival.
The night was also graced with special performances, this time by Damiano David and the casts of the movie “Follemente” and the upcoming TV shows “Belcanto” and “Champagne – Peppino di Capri”.
Sanremo Music Festival 2025 will continue from now until Saturday, February 15th, where after a series of votes throughout the week from different groups, a winner will be announced and will receive first refusal rights to represent Italy in this year’s Eurovision Song Contest 2025.
