We asked and 85 of our readers voted on their favorite act to win Eurosong 2024, with one act receiving an overwhelming amount of support.
Of the six artists and songs in contention, it comes as no surprise that Ailsha’s song “Go Tobann” received a majority of the votes, 41% to be exact. The song has been well received on social media and by the Irish public for it’s witty use of universally known Irish phrases and lyrics, and for being a very unexpected song for the Irish national selection. If selected to win, it would be the first Irish entry to feature Irish lyrics since 1972.
