With Benidorm Fest 2025 only a couple weeks away, the Spanish broadcaster RTVE has announced the hosts of this year’s contest – and fans may recognize a familiar face.
The show will be hosted by ESC veteran Ruth Lorenzo, who placed 10th at Eurovision 2014 with the song “Dancing in the Rain.” Lorenzo, who recently hosted Junior Eurovision 2024, will be joined by television presenters Paula Vazquez and Inés Hernand.
RTVE has also released the song allocation for the two semi-finals:
Semi-Final 1: Tuesday, January 28
- Chica Sobresalto – “Mala feminista”
- Daniela Blasco – “Uh Na Na”
- David Afonso – “Amor barato”
- K!ngdom – “Me gustas tú”
- Kuve – “Loca Xti”
- Lachispa – “Hartita de llorar”
- Lucas Bun – “Te escribe en el Cielo”
- Sonia and Selena – “Reinas”
Semi-Final 2: Thursday, January 30
- Carla Frigo – “Bésame”
- Celine Van Heel – “La casa”
- DeTeresa – La pena”
- Henry Semler – “No lo ves”
- J Kbello – “VIP”
- Mawot – “Raggio di sole”
- Mel Ömana – “I Am the Queen”
- Melody – “Esa diva”
Four qualifiers from each semi-final will advance to the final on Saturday, February 1.
