It’s time to reveal the results of another poll here at ESCUnited – this time featuring the Latvian national selection Supernova. Tomorrow evening ten artists will hit the stage in Riga and compete for the honor to represent their country at Eurovision 2024.

After a few days of voting we’re happy to reveal that our readers have selected Vēstulēs with the song “Kur?” to win the selection and the ticket to Malmo this coming May. They picked up a total of 23 votes in our poll, equaling 32% of the complete result.

But their margin of victory is extremely narrow – as only one vote separates them from second-place finisher Don’s, who picked up 22 of the votes cast (31%). Votes were cast in support of six other acts, with ties being broken by running order.

The full results of the poll are as follows:

  1. Vēstulēs – “Kur?” – 23 votes (32%)
  2. Dons – “Hollow” – 22 votes (31%)
  3. Katrīna Gupalo – “The Cat’s Song” – 16 votes (22%)
  4. ECTO – “Outsider” – 4 votes (6%)
  5. Alekks Silvers – “For The Show” – 4 votes (6%)
  6. AVÉI – “Mine” – 1 vote (1%)
  7. Papīra Lidmašīnas – “Mind Breaker” – 1 vote (1%)
  8. Funkinbiz – “Na chystu vodu” – 1 vote (1%)
  9. Saint Levića – “Tick Tock” – 0 votes
  10. Edvards Strazdiņš – “Rock n’ Roll Supernova” – 0 votes

The winner of Supernova will be decided by a combination of votes from an expert jury panel and the Latvian televoting process. The show is set for 20:10 CET tomorrow and can be watched live on LTV1.
